Handling concurrent faultsA VM with multiple vCPUs can generate concurrent faults on the same page. Two vCPUs touch the same missing page at the same time, and the kernel queues separate fault events for each. The handler processes the first one with UFFDIO_COPY. When it processes the second event for the same page, UFFDIO_COPY returns EEXIST because the page is already populated.
